What are your hours of operation?
Tuesday: 9am – 2pm; 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Wednesday: 9am – 2pm; 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Thursday: 9am – 2pm; 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Friday: 9am – 2pm; 6:30pm – 8:30pmSaturday: 8:00 – 4:00pm
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
You have up to 24 hours before your session to cancel or reschedule. Clients who do not show up for their appointment or who do not cancel 24 hours prior to their appointment will be charged the full rate of their session.
What forms of payment do you currently accept?
We accept payments from the following major credit cards through our online payment system: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro.
Do you accept insurance?
Unfortunately, we do not accept health insurance. However, we will do our best to help if you are currently in a situation of being unemployed or having low income. Clients who qualify will pay a pre-determined amount until the client finds employment and can submit verification of employment at which time the fee will be changed to a reduced rate.
What is your confidentiality policy?
To report known or suspected instances of abuse, exploitation, or neglect of children and elders,
To warn another person that you have threatened his or her life, or
To report when you are a danger to your own life
What is your policy for attending court hearings or writing letters for court?
As a Christian Counselor held by the highest standard of the Christian Church, my staff nor I, will not attend any court hearings or write letters on behalf of any client involved in divorce proceedings, child support or custody disputes.
