What do you believe about yourself?

Do you know? Do you even know who you are? Do you know how to be the best and highest version of yourself? Many of my clients ask me, “how do I do that?” I always respond by saying “you have to get to know you.”

Get alone by yourself, shut the world out. I mean everything, no cell phone, no TV, no music, just you and listen to that still small voice. It does not matter what you call it, God, the great spirit, my higher sense of self, the universe, my heavenly father, etc. I call my inner voice, God, The Holy Spirit, my absolute best friend, the one I love more than my next breath. My inner voice helps me know who I am. He gives me peace, helps me with difficult decisions and difficult people. He comforts me when I am hurt by what others say and believe about me that is not true. At the same time, he gives me joy, laughter, peace, contentment and he brings’ me back to believing the truth about myself.

I BELIEVE I AM A BEAUTIFUL CHILD OF GOD!

I believe I am the head and not the tail, above only and not beneath. I believe I am blessed beyond belief and I don't apologize for it. That is what I believe about me. As with all women, WE ARE LIFE-GIVERS! That means we bring excitement to life. Every word that comes from our mouth brings life, encouragement, hope and empowerment to others. We bring light, love, joy, peace and positive energy to every dark situation, from inside our homes to every place we plant our feet. Our smile lights up the Inside of every grocery store, hair salon, daycare center and school, church and hospital, jail, and prison. Sisters, you need to know what you believe about yourself and if what you believe does not bring life to you first, it will not bring life to no one else…SO CHANGE IT!
